You may request a return under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the description/order.
Non-returnable items (unless defective or incorrect due to my error):
Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).
Personalized or custom-made items.
Items marked as “final sale” or sold at a discounted/clearance price.
2. Refund Process
Once I receive and inspect your returned item:
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

The reason for the return.
Photos or videos of the product (especially if it is damaged or defective).
