1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the description/order.

Non-returnable items​ (unless defective or incorrect due to my error):

  • Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or sold at a discounted/clearance price.

2. Refund Process

Once I receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days​ to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
